How do I get the mercy of Srimati Radharani? What does this “mercy” mean?
Srimati Radharani is the compassionate side of God -or mercy, softness, kindness. She is the sum of devotion to the Supreme Lord and the reservoir of this devotion. So as a devotee how can I get her attention? She has Krsna in the palm of her hand and even though God controls everything that be, Radharani controls even Him.
Hare Krsna-below we have some very conclusive statements by Srila Prabhupada proving that unless one has a bona fide guru then there is NO devotion it is simply all false, a show only. Some devotees like to think they are making “advancement” by  having a bogus guru, but here (again) Srila Prabhupada clearly tells us that the first order of business is find a bona fide representative of the Lord, surrender to him, render some service to him and then we can inquire. This, he tells us is–“THE PROCESS”

This is the process how to understand Krsna and get Srimati Radharani’s mercy

Prabhupāda: There is no devotion unless you go to a guru. Forget it. Ādau gurvāśrayam. First thing is, first business, is to accept a bona fide guru. Otherwise there is no devotion. It is simply false imitation. This is the injunction of Rūpa Gosvāmī in Bhakti-rasāmṛta sindhu. Ādau gurvāśrayam: Your first business is to approach bona fide guru and take his āśraya.” Otherwise there is no devotion. That has been the defect in the modern society. They imagine. This business should be given up. He must follow. Sādhu-mārgānugāmanam, which is prescribed by the sādhu, guru, you have to accept that. You cannot manufacture your own way.
Guest (3): The world is so vast, and people who are living in this world and also wishing to attain God or remember God or say about the God…
Prabhupāda: This question has been answered by Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu while He was teaching Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī.

guru-kṛṣṇa-kṛpayā pāya bhakti-latā-bīja[Cc. Madhya 19.151]
The guru word is there. Guru Kṛṣṇa. If you are actually hankering after Kṛṣṇa—Kṛṣṇa is within yourself—He will give you a guru. He will give you a guru. Guru-kṛṣṇa-kṛpāya. But we must be fortunate to get real guru. If I am unfortunate, I’ll not get a guru.

Iran March 14 1975 conversations
Prabhupada-So big, big scholars, they’re trying to study Bhagavad-gītā, but they cannot understand. Therefore Kṛṣṇa says, tad viddhi praṇipātena paripraśnena sevayā [Bg. 4.34]. You first prepare yourself to surrender, praṇipāta, praṇipāta-prakṛṣṭa-rūpeṇa nipāta. Without any reservation, surrender, praṇipātena, by the surrendering process, and paripraśnena, by enquiring from the authority. Because it is not very easy to understand Kṛṣṇa. Manuṣyāṇāṁ sahasreṣu kaścid yatati siddhaye [Bg. 7.3]. Out of many, many million persons one try to understand, one trying to become perfect, siddhaye. Siddhi means perfection. So yatatām api siddhānām: [Bg. 7.3] “Those who have attained siddhi, perfection, out of many such siddhas,” kaścid māṁ vetti tattvataḥ, “maybe one man can understand Me.” The first of all to become siddha. Then, after becoming siddha, one may understand Kṛṣṇa or he may notActually it is very difficult to understand Kṛṣṇa. But you can understand Kṛṣṇa if you adopt this process: praṇipātena, paripraśnena, sevayā-three things. You have to go to a person where you can surrender, not to a bogus person or one who is not competent to accept your surrender. And then you make question that “Kṛṣṇa says like this. What is the meaning of this?” Manuṣyāṇāṁ sahasreṣu kaścid yatati… [Bg. 7.3]. And sevayā. Three things required: first of all surrender, and then question, and seva. You cannot question by challenging. You have to render service and surrender. Between the two, praṇipāta and sevayā, there is paripraśna. Then you will understand. Upadekṣyanti tad jñānaṁ jñāninaḥ tattva-darśinaḥ. Tattva-darśi, one who has seen the truth, he can enlighten you. This is the process
Blind following and absurd inquiries condemned
BG 4.34 purport-No one can be spiritually realized by manufacturing his own process, as is the fashion of the foolish pretenders. Satisfaction of the self-realized spiritual master is the secret of advancement in spiritual life.Inquiries and submission constitute the proper combination for spiritual understanding. Unless there is submission and service, inquiries from the learned spiritual master will not be effective. One must be able to pass the test of the spiritual master, and when he sees the genuine desire of the disciple, he automatically blesses the disciple with genuine spiritual understanding. In this verse, both blind following and absurd inquiries are condemned.
PHALGUN KRISHNA PANCAMI
25. But simply a festival of flowers and fruits does not constitute worship. The one who serves the message of the guru- really worships him.
    1. The one who renounces the guru’s order [guru tyagi] and the one who tries to enjoy the assets of his spiritual master [guru-bhoghi] are two kinds of useless persons. First become a servant of your spiritual master [guru-sevi] and then you will understand things clearly.
So what happens if we chant -without devotee association?
Madhya 19.157 By contacting nondevotees and engaging in nondevotional
activities, a so-called mature devotee will fall victim to the mad elephant offense.
Whatever growth has taken place is quickly uprooted by such an offense. One
should therefore be very careful to defend the creeper by fencing it
in-that is, by following the regulative principles and associating
with pure devotees…. However, unless one follows the spiritual master’s
instructions and the regulative principles governing chanting and
hearing the holy name of the Lord, one cannot become a pure devotee.
By one’s mental concoctions, one falls down By associating with
nondevotees, one breaks the regulative principles and is thereby lost.
Adi 7.17 purport-Only if I become attached to the instructions given by the six Gosvāmīs, headed by Rūpa Gosvāmī and Raghunātha dāsa Gosvāmī, will it be possible for me to understand the conjugal love of Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa.”
Hyderabad april 14 1975 lecture--Prabhupāda: Prapati is the beginning of bhakti. Prapati is the beginning of bhakti. Unless you are accepting the principle of prapa..., surrender, mām ekaṁ śaraṇaṁ vraja, there is no question of bhakti. Bhakti is the process of surrender fully.
..So we are praying to Kṛṣṇa and Kṛṣṇa’s energy. If we pray to Kṛṣṇa’s energy, she is Kṛṣṇa’s energy, she will understand, “Now, he is now correct.” So she gives facilities. She gives facilities, “Yes, now you can serve Kṛṣṇa. I give you... I give you freedom. You are no more under my clutches.” Māyām etāṁ taranti te. Immediately you surrender to Kṛṣṇa, you are immediately liberated. We haven’t got to search out liberation separately. Immediately surrender to Kṛṣṇa, immediately you are liberated, immediately, simultaneous. Mahātmānas tu māṁ pārtha daivīṁ prakṛtim āśritāḥ [Bg. 9.13]. At that time māyā takes another feature. That is called yoga-māyā. The same māyā Just like the same government laws acting in the prison house differently, and acting in the university differently. But the potency is the same. If we take protection of the civil laws, then you are happy. And if we take protection of the criminal laws then you are unhappy. That’s all. So Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement is that you have to take shelter of one of the potencies of Kṛṣṇa. Better take the shelter of the spiritual potency. Then you become happy.
